I’m Alex (Alexandra is just for bylines) and I’ve been a journalist for nearly two decades, with a background in news and current affairs accompanied by a low hum of restaurant reviewing since 2012.
Today I specialise almost exclusively in food and travel and write for some of Australia’s top lifestyle publications including Qantas, Escape, Gourmet Traveller, The Australian, Marie Claire, news.com.au and others. Commercially, I make words for Dan Murphy’s, Officeworks, Afterpay, Destination NSW, Destination Canada, Tourism NZ and more.
